Swimming Contest at the Beach Festival

Summer should be fun...even if it's my least favorite season. So, I chose Swimming Contest at the Beach Festival from Harvest Moon: Magical Melody.

Yes, I drowned Jamie in this drawing or rather he/she got caught in the current/whirlpool (no, it's not Tina's/Amanda's fault). I just don't like him/her...he/she reminds me of Vaughn whom I don't understand why people like. They're both jerks. (no offense to Vaughn and Jamie fans). I love Tina's/Amanda's "I'm gonna win this!" face and the red thing she's touching is supposed to be a buoy. Alex is thinking as he swims away: "I should have stayed in the clinic..."

Since I haven't done chibi-style in ages, I decided to draw it this way so it's consistent with the game's artwork.
