Remember that sketch drawing I did of Winter Angel years ago? --> Winter Angel
That dream left a mark and I decided to use him and draw one of the scenes from that dream. It's a typical scene of a guy warming up a girl's cold hands but you'll understand once you hear their story.

The story is about a girl who rides a train home, alone with a mysterious person she first met on a train in a snowy landscape. He wears a navy duffle coat and a red scarf and always wears a sad smile. He's extremely kind and loves helping people. The girl is so mystified with him that she found herself drawn to him even more. Every time they meet on the train, there is always snow or snow falling that's why I called him "Winter Angel". They started dating until the girl's life got in danger (a psychotic criminal wants to rape and kill her) and he arrived on time to save her. They're starting to fall in love with each other and the Winter Angel have these moments where he's about to tell her something important or about himself but often holds back on it. So, how did the story end? The girl's family is rich and successful and they're moving away due to their business ventures. She didn't have much choice but say goodbye to him. They hugged and cried with the Winter Angel ending it with a sad smile and tears. It really was a teary end...I even woke up crying!

Anyways, I think the dream is still more beautiful than the way I portrayed them here. I have a love/hate relationship with Copic markers but I tried to play around with it and tried something different. Note to self: "Pencil Crayons will save your life." Not only because I have clumsy hands but I had ton of mistakes (not noticeable now thanks to pencil crayons) using the Copic markers but then again I am just starting to learn how to use them.

Medium: pencil, ink, pencil crayon, and copic markers
